New Family Information
Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! Below, please find new family information.

What to Bring
Please bring the following items each day:
- Backpack large enough to hold all your child’s belongings (no mini backpacks please, we prefer full-size)
- Lunch bag (unless your child is planning to order hot lunch)
- Labeled snack
- Water bottle with a flip-top (no sippy cups or straw cups with handles please)
- Small blanket and lovie for nap time (no sleep sacks or personal nap mats please)
- Some classes will require a crib sheet for our nap mats, but you will receive information on this when you get your class assignment at the beginning of August.
SMEP Buildings and Classes
Founder’s Hall: Our youngest students are housed in this building.
Classes include: Blue Birds, Blue Bunnies, Bumblebees, Fuchsia Flamingos, Periwinkle Puppies, and White Lambs.
Payne Building: Students turning 3 and up are in the Payne building (main school entrance.)
Classes include: Brown Bears, Calico Kittens, Goldfish, Gray Dolphins, Green Iguanas, Ivory Owls, Red Birds, Lavender Llamas, Navy Seals, Orange Butterflies, Pink Kangaroos, Purple Elephants, Teal Turtles, and Yellow Ducks.

Hot Lunch Orders
Lunch is available to order via our portal for the following month, usually around the 15th. Lunch is $6.75 each and catered by the St. Martin’s Cafe.
Lunch will be available to order by the week and only billed for the days attending school and receiving lunch. (For example, MWF students will be billed for 3 days.)
