Thanks to your 2023 Fall Fair support, SMEP was able to to completely replace all playground equipment for
our children to enjoy!
This year’s Fall Fair fundraiser will continue to go towards SMEP’s curriculum enrichment. This allows our school to continue providing new and fun equipment for ancillaries, stay up-to-date on safety procedures and have an HPD officer present on our campus year-round.

Fair Facts
Hours, Location, and Contact
Saturday, October 26th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church. Park in the east lot and walk towards the Student Life Center. The event will take place near the field and surrounding areas.

Wristband Entry to the Fall Fair
This year, wrist bands will be replacing tickets entirely. Required for entry for children 12 months and up. This gives you unlimited access to food and all fair fun! Available for purchase here.
T-Shirt Purchase
Toddler and Youth Sizes are available. Pre-orders are due by September 13th. We cannot guarantee sizes or availability after that.

Fall Fair Purchases
To help streamline the sales leading up to the Fall Fair, all pre-fair sales will go through SMEP’s Blackbaud portal. T-shirts and wristbands will all be available to purchase exclusively on Blackbaud! *SPONSORSHIP payment now be completed electronically through Blackbaud! No more checks!*
Day of the Fair we will sell wristbands at the check in table. We will accept card payments and cash. We will not be able to make change.
