The curriculum at St. Martin’s Preschool is a developmentally appropriate program that stimulates and reinforces all learning. Educational activities and tasks are designed to be age-appropriate and to enhance learning on all levels.
All classes implement “center-based learning.” This practice allows children to interact with their teachers and peers while learning basic concepts of literacy, math, science and art. Learning that takes place through social interaction allows children the opportunity to strengthen their social relationships while learning and sharing with others.
Children enjoy special ancillary classes in motor skills, music, character education, library, science, gardening, and chapel. It is with guidance and structure that we build character, respect and concern for others.
